AUTOMIZERAI LC, doing business as Automizer AI ("Automizer AI," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or submit a form (including our Free Inventory Audit opt-in and booking pages), when you become a client (our onboarding, project and handoff pages), how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit a form on our site (for example, to request a Free Inventory Audit or book a call), we may collect:

• Phone number
• Business name and details you choose to share about your business (e.g., number of locations, current tools)
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide in form fields or during a call

We also automatically collect limited technical information through cookies and tracking pixels (see Section 4), such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and on-site activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and conduct your requested inventory audit call
• Follow up by email or phone regarding your inquiry, appointment, or our services, and by SMS/text message about your audit request and appointment if you opted in
• Send marketing communications about Automizer AI's services, which you may opt out of at any time
• Improve our website, offers, and ad targeting
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you check the box to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from Automizer AI about your audit request and appointments. We do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — to measure ad performance, understand how visitors use our site, and show you more relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how our site functions.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our CRM/scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), calendar and video-call tools, and hosting providers
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta) in aggregated or hashed form, to measure and optimize ad campaigns
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public

5a. Clients

When you become a client, we also collect what is needed to build and support your system: your business and contact details, the signed agreement, payment details (processed by Stripe; we never see full card or bank numbers), and the logins you share for the platforms we connect to. Logins are shared only through the secure link we send, are stored in our encrypted team vault, are used solely to set up and support your system, and are removed when your subscription ends. Providers we rely on for this: Stripe (payments), SignWell (e-signature), Password Pusher and Bitwarden (secure credential handling), Cloudflare and Google Workspace (hosting and email), and our development partner, which accesses only what your project requires under confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, follow up on your inquiry, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You may:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act). We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at business owners and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
